make Key_Shift-Left etc. work on a Unix (Linux) console

- Call `loadkeys console_keys.map` for additional keybindings like Key_Shift_Up, Key_Ctrl_Ins, ... Restore the previous map at exit of Jed.
(Only tested on Debian-Linux. On some systems, `loadkeys` needs superuser privileges.)
