A special mode for file listings (ls, locate)

- Interactive file listings (ls, locate, grep) with subset of mc functionality (Tag files and View, Open, Delete, Copy/Move, MkDir, ...).
Adds a "jed-find-file-before" hook to let find_file() open directories.
Can be used as drop-in replacement for dired mode.
locate() -- fast file lookup with the "locate" command line tool
Bugs: problems with special characters (e.g. spaces) in filenames.
