- Provides an editing mode for MuPAD files. Using the ishell mode, it lets you run a MuPAD konsole session from within jed.
MuPAD (http://www.mupad.de) is a modern computer algebra system (similar to Maple) defining its own object oriented programming language (and an extensive library of functions in this language). MuPAD is not open source, but you can get a privat/educational license for the Unix version free of charge.
