Number the buffers and bind Alt-[n] to go to buffer n

- Description
- Fast switching between buffers. Every buffer gets a number (or every buffer bound to a file). Alt-1 ... Alt-9 switches between these (like in the true blue Borland IDE). Alt-0 pops up a list (menu-popup) with all buffers to choose from.
